From idea to pickup

A clear, personal ordering process that gives your cake the time and attention it needs.

Four simple moments

You bring the occasion and inspiration. Hibaq guides the rest.

  1. Send your order

    Fill in the order form with your date, size, flavour, and design, or message @cakesbyhibaq. Please order at least 7 days ahead.

  2. Confirm with a deposit

    A 50% e-Transfer deposit confirms your order. Send it within 48 hours to hold your date.

  3. Approve the design

    You'll get a final photo of your order to approve before the final payment.

  4. Pick up fresh

    Pick up in Nepean. Your exact pickup address is shared on the day of pickup. The remaining balance can be paid by cash at pickup, or by e-Transfer at least 24 hours before.

Lead time
7 days preferred, 5 days minimum.
Deposit
50% by e-Transfer within 48 hours.
Payment
Interac e-Transfer or cash at pickup
Pickup
Nepean. Weekdays after 5pm and weekends all day, by appointment.
Late pickup
A $20 fee is added after your chosen time.
Changing the date
Possible with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
If you cancel before baking starts, your deposit is refunded. Once ingredients or custom images have been bought, a cancellation fee applies (or the deposit is kept). Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.
